Gregor MACALPIN
Gregor was also known as Girig, Giric, and Ciricius. He was Regent of Strathclyde and tutor of Hugh MacRun. The was the progenitor of Clan Gregor, and was slain at Fortress Dundurn near Comrie in Strathearn (probably by Pictish priests or their henchmen).
